This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced attorney to work with a top-tier practice group renowned for its expertise in advising public companies on securities regulation and corporate governance matters.Key Responsibilities:Advising public companies on securities regulation, including Exchange Act disclosure requirements.Providing counsel on corporate governance standards and practices.Navigating complex regulatory issues for U.S. public and private companies, financial institutions, and U.S.-listed foreign private issuers.Collaborating with a high-profile team frequently recognized by top legal publications.Qualifications:5-10 years of experience in securities regulation and corporate governance.Proven expertise in advising public companies on Exchange Act disclosure requirements and corporate governance standards.Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.JD from an ABA-accredited law school.Licensed to practice in California, or willing to sit for the California Bar.About the Firm:
