We're looking for an experienced Director, IT Applications - Sourcing & Legal to join our IT Corporate Applications team. Reporting to the VP of IT Corporate Applications, you'll be responsible for:
Providing technical leadership, influence, and guidance to the Sourcing & Legal teams. Ensuring a cohesive set of processes & systems are tuned for the company's growth towards $10B in revenue.
Optimizing the end to end process for Inquiry to Procure and driving enterprise-grade systems for all Legal operations.
Representing the voice of internal users to deliver a world class experience.
Leading large-scale business process change to simplify the user experience and increase total throughput for both Sourcing and Legal teams.
Defining lasting solutions for data management & reporting posture (purchasing, travel and expense, contracts, disbursements, etc.).
Developing persona definitions across Sourcing & Legal, and incorporate the personas into the feature development cycle.
Refine & further develop the 2 year roadmap for Sourcing & Legal, driving translation of roadmap items into Epics and Features.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
7+ years of experience running and implementing Business Applications at a publicly traded company.
Operational experience with a large-scale Coupa implementation.
Implementation experience with Contract Lifecycle Management tools.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certifications in Coupa, ServiceNow.
Implementation or Operational experience with ServiceNow.
Experience with: NetSuite, AppZen, Navan, Snowflake, Tableau.
