This position requires a proactive individual with excellent writing skills, organizational abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal service to clients.Duties:Handle commercial litigation cases, including real estate, contract, and entity disputesConduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefsRepresent clients in court, including trials, mediations, and arbitrationsCollaborate with colleagues on complex litigation mattersMaintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal practices and precedentsManage and meet deadlines while producing quality legal workRequirements:Minimum of 8+ years of experience in commercial litigationProven ability to handle a wide range of legal issues independentlyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent legal writing and research skillsProactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressureAppellate or federal court clerkship experience preferredMust be in good standing with the State Bar of ArizonaEducation:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolCertifications:Active membership with the State Bar of ArizonaSkills:Strong analytical and critical thinking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyHigh level of professionalism and client service orientationStrong negotiation and litigation skillsAttention to detail and commitment to producing quality legal work
