Provide design support for clients and partners designing and building apps and services. The designer must be highly skilled in producing UX mockups, wireframes, user journeys/workflows, prototypes, and other related design deliverables. Excellent communication skills are essential as the designer will work directly with high-value clients and partners. This role provides the opportunity to work on fluent design systems and experiment with teams in a collaborative and open-minded environment. The sponsor is open to training new graduates for this role as well.

Responsibilities:

Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to assist partners and customers in envisioning integration on 365, Teams, Word, Copilot, etc.

Key Projects: This role will contribute to design work.

Typical Task Breakdown and Operating Rhythm: The role will consist of 90% design work and UX end-to-end workflows, and 10% planning meetings and engagement with PMs.

Experience:

Years of Experience Required: 0-4 overall years of experience in the field.

Degrees or Certifications Required: Figma experience and background in UX.

Disqualifiers: Job hopping.

Best vs. Average: The ideal candidate will have a portfolio.

Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on meeting deadlines and quality of work.

Team, 365, Copilot, Azure DevOps

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53.69 to $59.66 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
