Senior Manager Product Enablement
to join our People and Enablement Team and drive EA methodology across SAP LeanIX and SAP (EA Community).

Hybrid, based in US and close to a SAP LeanIX or SAP office.
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
Execute Product Enablement formats (e.g. in-person trainings) for external (e.g. customers) and internal stakeholders (e.g. SAP EAs)
Own and drive EA methodology across SAP LeanIX and the SAP Enterprise Architecture Community - from a Product Enablement perspective
Further evolve LeanIX modeling best practices with special focus on SAP
Guide expert conversations internally and in the external SAP LeanIX community on modeling topics
Work closely with the SAP LeanIX Product Team and subject matter experts from Professional Services, Solution Engineering, Customer Success to derive modeling best practices
Drive the integration of SAP LeanIX and SAP EA methodology in the context of the SAP RISE adoption journey and beyond
Work closely with the Head of Knowledge Management to build an engaging EA curriculum for customers, partners, employees in the SAP LeanIX and SAP EA ecosystem
Provide thought leadership on EA topics to the internal and external EA communities
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Passionate Enterprise Architect with 5+ years of experience in EA and related fields, who has been providing EA consulting services to big companies, and/or has a career as an EA in multiple organizations
An expert who can truly “ride the elevator” of enterprise architecture - from the business and strategy down to the technology layer
Highly empathic individual with excellent people and coaching skills to drive conversations with C-levels from business to tech departments
Advanced knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP LeanIX – knows how to do EAM with SAP LeanIX in a best-practice way
Personality with a “challenger” mindset who is safeguarding SAP LeanIX EA standards and doesn’t shy away from tough conversations to drive methodology, product and enablement topics with maximum business impact
Team player who can drive highly strategic topics autonomously, and ensure to connect the dots to other teams
