MLR is seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist to join a dynamic team at our established facility in Northern Illinois. In this role, you will perform diagnostic imaging examinations to aid in the diagnosis of patient conditions and injuries. Responsibilities include operating radiologic equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and ensuring that images meet quality standards. The Radiologic Technologist will work closely with physicians and healthcare teams to provide accurate and timely imaging results.Radiologic Technologist Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures.Position patients correctly and administer contrast materials when necessary.Ensure equipment is in working order and perform routine maintenance.Follow protocols to obtain high-quality images and maintain patient records.Communicate effectively with patients to explain procedures and address concerns.Collaborate with physicians to review and interpret imaging results.Maintain compliance with safety protocols and radiation protection measures.Participate in continuing education and stay updated on advancements in imaging technology.Adhere to ethical and professional standards, including patient confidentiality.Radiologic Technologist Benefits:
