KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute overall digital marketing strategy.Conduct research on market trends, brand audiences, and competitors to drive engagements and conversions.Manage the company website, including all images, tools, and ad content, while maintaining owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software.Analyze data to identify audiences and collaborate with in-house designers to produce impactful materials within brand guidelines.Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for various platforms and digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Mobile app, Programmatic) aligned with business goals.Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and adjust strategies as needed.Set up conversion, pixel, and event tracking on the website and across digital platforms; develop and manage A/B testing protocols.Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights to develop optimization plans; research performance drivers to improve campaign profitability and contribute to yearly marketing budgets, KPIs, and sales forecasts.Manage Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and Amazon Ads, including keyword research, campaign setup, budget management, and performance analysis.Create weekly/monthly analysis and reports for all marketing initiatives against financial and data targets, recommending performance improvements.Stay current with industry trends, social media algorithms, and the competitive landscape to adapt strategies proactively.Manage database/lists and prepare selections for campaigns; drive online subscriber/prospect data acquisition and ensure accuracy for direct marketing.JOB DEMANDS:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, dashboard solutions, DV360, Facebook Business Manager, ad operations, and a solid understanding of e-commerce, PPC, SEO, and SEM concepts.Knowledge of attribution modeling, website speed optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, and traffic analysis.Skills in keyword research, backlinking, and on-page best practices.Transdisciplinary thinking, digital literacy, and strong analytical skills.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

BSc degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a relevant field; Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) certified; Google Ads Search and Display certified; Google Tag Manager certified.
