We're looking for an experienced Product Marketing EBC Content Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Marketing you'll be responsible for:
You will facilitate conversations to help clarify customer goals, Client positioning, and understanding of our products/ solutions.
Manage pre-planning conferences with sales teams and customers to clarify customer and account team goals.
Manage positive and collaborative relationships with other departments and subject matter experts across multiple organizations; refine briefing documents and presentations.
Participate in planning sessions that support high quality procedures for briefing execution.
Work with fellow Briefing professionals and teams in growing programs that support client briefing experience.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
2+ years of experience working in a networking or security company in a technical role such as product marketing.
Understand the nuances of security solutions and how they map to customer needs.
Must have project management experience and public speaking skills.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Familiarity with
Salesforce.com
and Tableau.
Experienced in developing successful strategic briefing agendas of medium to high-level complexity in an Executive Briefing Center at a technology company.
Thoughtful and engaged collaborator who will contribute to a positive team environment and have an interest to help develop new services, processes and approaches to encourage a World Class briefing experience.
