Job Summary
Payroll ManagerIFF in Wilmington, DE has a Payroll Manager position available at one of the world's best fragrance and flavor companies.As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of assigned payrolls using ADP Workforce Now & ADP E-Time, for approximately 3000 employees. You are responsible for compliance with all relevant internal controls, federal, state, and local rules and regulations as well as time reporting policies while working in an environment of strict deadlines and confidentiality.Please note this role would require availability to train in Hazlet, NJ. The role will be a hybrid role based on business needs and will require the ability to travel 20% of the time.About You

Processing Weekly, Biweekly, Semi-monthly, and Monthly payrolls for assigned employees using ADP Workforce Now.Responsible for accurate processing of all aspects of the payroll process including but not limited to, maintaining and processing time and attendance records; processing all payroll deductions; processing compensation changes, overtime and shift changes, and withholding adjustments.Performing pre-processing and post-processing payroll reconciliation tasks as required.Preparing and providing all required payroll and related reports needed for month end and payroll general ledger posting.Processing benefits interfaces into and out of the payroll system and related funding.Reviewing, troubleshooting, and resolving interface data that feeds into the payroll system.Respond to all auditor inquiries.Completing mortgage and employment verification forms.Respond to inquiries and requests from local tax authorities.Responding to payroll inquiries from employees via email or tickets.Complete Union dues monthly remittance and reports.Coordinating with Human Resources to ensure all SAP employee information is passed to payroll accurately and with appropriate backup required for auditing purposes.Serve as point of contact for payroll and timekeeping system, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.Responsible for review and accurate completion of periodic and year-end reporting information.Additional tasks and projects as assigned.Job Requirements:
