Porters are also responsible for customer satisfaction by answering parking and general questions.Mobility Specialist Duties and ResponsibilitiesRepair and complete general maintenance on gate(s)Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipmentSweep floorsWipe down surfaces and equipmentPerform general maintenance of the parking lot and/or garage, including but not limited to:Pressure washingPower sweepingPaintingSnow removal/salting (as needed)Basic repairsPick up trash throughout the garage or lot; empty trash receptaclesPerform basic truck maintenance including cleaning, washing, oil changes, headlight replacement, and other general upkeepWork independently and as part of the teamObserve safety precautions at all timesPerform other duties as assignedMobility Specialist Essential FunctionsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodations.
