They will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies for each of our brands across all channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive conversions. Additionally, they will lead influencer marketing initiatives, finding and collaborating with relevant influencers for each brand, leveraging their reach to amplify our messaging.The budgeted salary range for this position is $77,000 - $101,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.Job Posting DeadlineApplications for this position will be accepted until October 15, 2024.Essential Job FunctionsDefine purpose, audience and goals for existing and new social channels to develop end-to-end social media content strategies and calendarsWork closely with content and creative team to align on overarching content strategies, marketing goals, and brand voice messagingDevelop an influencer marketing strategy across brands to grow our reach and brand awareness and align our brands with specific audiencesOversee influencer partnerships from identification and outreach to negotiation, campaign execution, and performance trackingMonitor, organize and regularly report on data and insights gathered from social tools to discover unique insights and opportunities to continuously improve social strategyCollaborate with departments across the business portfolio to represent their needs and initiativesCollaborate with media agencies and digital team on paid social media strategy, tactics, implementation and optimizationContinually stay ahead of the curve on best practices, platform updates and changes, algorithms, comp sets, and what’s trending, timely, and on-brand within individual channels and the industryMaintain and grow relationships with partners across all channelsOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, social media, communications or related field7-10 years of experience in the field of marketing and social media required, with expert knowledge across key social channels and platformsProven experience growing social media for a well-known brand with an active social media presenceProven experience leading influencer programming for a well-known brand with an active social media presenceDemonstrated track record utilizing multiple social platforms to build awareness, engage new and existing customers and increase salesStrong copywriting and impeccable proofreading skillsHigh-level written and verbal communication skills for relationship-building and problem-solvingKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, photo and video production a plusExperience working in social media management platformsExperience with Facebook Ads Manager and/or Facebook Business ManagerHospitality, outdoor industry and/or ski resort experience preferredSupervision Given and ReceivedSupervision Given:

Exercises general supervision over the Social Media team. Assigns a variety of routine tasks, sets general expectations of results expected within company’s policies and procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Supervision Received:

Works under general supervision of the Content & Art Director. Receives continuing or individual assignments according to supervisor’s directions and may perform routine tasks. Expectations of the quality, quantity and deadlines are clearly set. Instructions, advice and assistance available as needed.
