Position Summary:
The Marketing Intern at Texas Tech Credit Union will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team and gain valuable exposure and experience in all aspects of the marketing industry including inbound marketing, digital advertising, social media management, project management, graphic design, community events and more.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssist in creating content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, print materials, social media marketing, videos, and blogsAttend community functions and events to promote the TTCU brand and to develop relationships within the communityCollaborate with team members on community outreach initiatives, current promotions, and advertising campaignsConduct research on current marketing trends and developmentsCollaborate with team members to create innovative marketing strategiesGain first-hand experience interacting with various departments across the credit unionQualifications
Skills & Qualifications
Upper-level student currently enrolled at least part time at Texas Tech University or Lubbock Christian UniversityFamiliarity with social media and paid media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)Familiarity with Search Engine Optimization (Google)Familiarity with content creation (multi-media design and copy writing)Familiarity with project management toolsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAttention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workFamiliarity with communication and collaboration tools (Microsoft Suite)
