OverviewBlue Yonder is seeking an experienced Vice President, Marketing to lead our global marketing campaigns focused on promoting our supply chain and commerce SaaS software. In this role, you will be responsible for ideating, designing, and creating high-impact campaign strategies, plans, and messaging that drive awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across marketing channels. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong background in marketing strategy, creative, and campaign execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including field marketing, industry marketing, and creative, to develop cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns to increase pipeline and revenue growth in alignment with business goals.

What you will doCampaign Strategy & Development

Develop comprehensive global marketing campaign strategies across manufacturing, retail, and logistics verticals aligned with overall business objectives and market trends.

Lead the ideation and conceptualization of innovative marketing campaigns across marketing channels that connect and resonate with target audiences across various regions and markets.

Understand and adapt global campaigns to regional market dynamics, customer preferences, and cultural nuances in alignment with field marketing to ensure they resonate with target audiences.

Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform decisions, develop campaigns, and drive competitive differentiation in the market.

Creative Execution & Management

Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials and ensure the delivery of compelling and consistent messaging.

Manage campaign resources, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

Work closely with strategy, sales, and field marketing teams to ensure alignment of objectives and campaign initiatives with sales plays, product launches, bookings goals, and regional needs.

Analysis & Performance Measurement

Establish campaign goals and align key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.

Implement best practices and innovative techniques to optimize campaign effectiveness, channel mix and productivity.

Leadership & Team Development

Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, high performance, and professional development for team members.

Provide strategic direction and guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and business objectives.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Minimum of 10+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS software marketing with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role; experience in the supply chain industry is highly desirable.

Proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth.

Strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and project management skills with experience managing and working across global teams.

Knowledge of best practices in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing automation, lead conversion and nurturing programs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment, comfortable with analytics and adapting quickly to meet business needs.

Salary and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is: $193,198.10 - $240,801.89 USD. The salary range information provided reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
