Pay Information $3,033 per week About The Position ID: 50891609 Shift: Days Days, Mon-Fri plus call, 13 weeks 4x12 Hr Description: JOB SUMMARY: Ensures the delivery of quality services in areas of operation. Plans and implements the quality assurance program for the department. Evaluates technical and support staff in the delivery of their work. Provides for efficient patient flow and quality services within Cardiac catheterization and Electrophysiology labs. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Oversees staff in operation of imaging equipment in Cardiac catheterization and Electrophysiology labs. Is responsible for supervision and direction of staff in the assigned areas. 2. Supervises the ongoing quality testing within the area with assigned personnel and outside vendors as necessary. 3. Implements and monitors radiation safety measures to ensure safety of patients and staff and compliance with government regulatory requirements. 4. Prepares work schedules and assign duties to workers to maintain patient flow and achieve production goals. 5. Helps to ensure that department operates within budget. 6. Promotes communication within on/an inter-departmental and intra-departmental level. 7. Supervises employees relative to performance and conduct, attendance, and adherence to department and hospital policies. Responsible for supervising the orientation of new employees. 8. Demonstrate and actively promote an understanding and commitment to the mission and values of PMC through performing behaviors consistent with the organization code of Ethics. Fosters attendance, and adherence to department hospital policies. 9. Adheres to dress code. 10. Functions as a preceptor to orient new employees. 11. Meets all departmental specific competencies. 12. Adheres to medical center policies addressing infection control, safety, and personnel guidelines. 13.
