ID: 15112178.Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM.Contractors must be outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.Variable shifts 6a-10a start times based on case load.Float Requirements: May be required to float to all Central Aspirus locations if needed.On Call/Call Back Requirements: 1-2 nights of call during the week; weekend rotation every 3-4 weeks Weekend/Holiday Rotation Requirements: for call only Required Licenses and Certifications: ARRT and Wisconsin license, AHA BLS all required Minimum Experience (yrs in specialty): Minimum of 2 years. primarily vascular procedures in the OR *Vascular procedures so, EVARS, TEVARS, Angiograms, TCARS, fistula grams, carotid stenting, fem/tib bypass, Techs are the ones circulating.Also need to know how to use ultrasound, intravascular ultrasound (IVUS), Jetstream, Rotarex and other devices for the surgeon. Would also be working in diagnostic xray as well. *Trauma Level II and experience in a 200+ bed facility within the last 2 years REQUIRED Charting Experience: EPIC radiant preferred, not required Desired Unit Specific Skillset: Special procedures for Diagnostic procedures, any Cath Lab experience a plus.
