- Float PoolShift : Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, EOW Length : 13 weeksRotation not required for Night ShiftRequirements:
MA License2 years minimum of experienceSkill Sets Required: Trauma informed, patient-centered, and verbally capable of de-escalating patients. We treat patients with diverse types of mental health issues (anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, dual diagnosis patients detox here on the unit while treating mental health issues), and some medically acute patients (IVs, CPAPs, wound and diabetic care)Proficient in using automatic medication dispensing system (Omni Cell); proficient in electronic health records documentation, preferably EPIC; proficient in the use of psychotropic medications and side effectsCompetent in the use of IV pumps; competent in care of a diabetic patientAHA BLSCertification in De-escalationOther Details:
