OccupationalTherapistJob Description:
Evaluate and Assess: Assess students' skills and needs related to daily activities and school participation.Develop Therapy Plans: Create and implement individualized plans to improve students' functional abilities and independence.Monitor and Adjust: Track progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and document outcomes.Collaborate with School Personnel: Work with teachers and staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into the classroom and daily routines.Provide Training and Support: Educate students, parents, and staff on techniques and strategies to enhance daily functioning and support student development.
Pay & Benefits:
Weekly and hourly pay. Pay starting at $52 and up depending on experience!Comprehensive Insurance and Benefits -> Medical, Dental, & VisionW-2 classification w/Weekly PayMatching 401(k)
Interview Process:
10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter20-30 minute Virtual Interview with the School DistrictOffer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview
