Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36 hrs per week, Every other weekend

KY or Compact license2 years experienceTrauma Level I ExperienceTeaching Hospital ExperienceLevel one trauma experience requiredMust have two years ICU/ TELE experience with medical/ surgical trauma/ critical patientsMust have teaching hospital experienceBLS, ACLS, NIHSSOther Details:(VAYA OFFER) LEVEL ONE TRAUMA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Must have two years ICU/ TELE experience with medical/ surgical trauma/ critical patients. Must have teaching hospital experience. BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required. KY or Compact license.
