nCino SFDC Developer/Sr Developer Location: Charlotte, Dallas, Phoenix Role Description: The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with business analyst to design, develop and configure nCino solutions based on customer requirements aligned with nCino Gold Standards where applicable. Participate in all stages of the nCino implementation life cycle, including discovery, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and post go-live support as part of a scrum team. This position is 80% Technical (drawing on technical knowledge in advanced configurations of the Salesforce.com platform and development platforms) and 20% Analysis and executing of gold standards. Key Responsibilities: (Preferred) Learn the Salesforce platform and nCino Bank Operating System Application Participate fully as a member of a Scrum development team. Demonstrate the ability to independently problem solve and research solutions. Independently complete complex coding tasks as part of two-week sprint cycles Follow code standards and adhere to the established development process. Contribute to the development of cross-team, framework-level projects with input from senior developers. Participate in design sessions with focus on suggesting solutions. Understand the business domain, data model, and design of the code base for the nCino product. Participate in discussions around sprint and backlog prioritization from a technical perspective. Continually deepen your knowledge of the technologies (languages, frameworks, etc.) used by nCino. Continually deepen your knowledge of the craft of coding and design Communicate and collaborate with your team with a concentration on learning how to facilitate collaboration. Be a great teammate - carry your load, help other teammates, be flexible and adapt easily to changing product needs based on customers and the market. Required Skills and Experience: (Mandatory) Candidate should have years of profound SFDC development with hands on experience in nCino Bank Operating System Application Should have good hands-on experience in configuring nCino UI Group, Routes, Screens etc Should have expertise in configuring product catalog, product package, entities involvement, exposure, collateral management, covenants etc. Strong knowledge in nCino Loan Origination process, Core Banking Service - Deposits, Lending and Digital Banking platforms. Should have commercial or business banking knowledge, end2end credit cycle, ability to run business architecture design sessions as needed Develop high-level design for business requirements and should be able to come up with prototypes and demonstrate solution design Strong hands-on experience in writing Apex programming, Visual force pages, Apex triggers, lightening web components. Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations(no-code) such as Flows, process builders, workflow Rules. Etc. Work with technical managers, architects and business stakeholders in gathering requirements and driving team to implement the technical solutions Hands on experience with integrating Salesforce with cloud-based applications and on-premises applications using standard and custom REST APIs Good Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript and jQuery and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.) Hands on experience in implementing various authentication protocols(oAuth) to integrate 3rd party applications. Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud Should be able to adopt dynamic nature of the work environments and switch between the priorities as needed. Strong understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schemas and ETL tools Excellent planning, organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills. Perform code reviews for development team members to ensure proper coding standards. Experience of source control and release management tools such as GitHub, Copado and deployment tool Autorabbit. Strong working knowledge in Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM Preferred Salesforce Platform Developer -2 certification and nCino certifications - nCino 101, nCino 201/nCino 301 Qualifications: Undergraduate degree (B.Tech) or equivalent combination of education and work experience 3-12 years of Salesforce specific project experience solution design role 1 minimum years of nCino projects implementation experience Salesforce Certifications: Admin & App Builder required; Advanced Admin, Sales, Service and/or Community Cloud are preferable. 3 years of overall consulting experience
