Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Conroe, TX, for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. This full-time, onsite position will focus on providing speech and language services to elementary school students, primarily those from bilingual backgrounds.

Responsibilities:

Direct Therapy: Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy sessions to elementary-aged students.Caseload: Work with a diverse group of students with varying speech and language needs, with a focus on bilingual students.Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct evaluations and screenings to determine students' needs and develop treatment plans.IEP Participation: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).Communication Support: Assist students with communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders.Progress Monitoring: Document and monitor student progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet educational goals.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Valid Texas SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.Bilingual Experience: Experience working with bilingual students is preferred.Open to CFs: Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
