Responsible for performing technical analysis to solve business problems using advanced methods. Contributes to operational goals by influencing district decision-making. Administers the maintenance, procedures, and reporting district wide systems and platforms.

Responsible for tracking and managing the incident flow for the software approval process, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. Involves analyzing software usage data, tracking licenses, and interpreting findings from device management systems to inform decisions on software purchases and renewals. Provides timely support to end-users, collaborates with various teams, and reports on data related to software compliance and legal requirements.

Tracks the incident management for the software approval process.Analyzes software usage and tracking of licenses.Interprets data collected by device management systems for software usage.Collects and reports on data to determine if a Data Protection Addendum (DPA) is required for the District software based on analysis of software findings.Assists in managing user access, running usage reports, determining need for central purchases of requested software, and collaborating with the purchasing team on software renewals.Evaluates software requests against internal criteria, as well as SOC accessibility standards, FERPA, HIPAA, and COPPA compliance.Provides data to inform decisions as to whether the software meets standards and is acceptable for use.Collects data required to report to the community in compliance with legal requirements.Delivers customer/end-user, hands on, email, chat, video conference, and telephone support internally in an efficient and timely manner.What You'll Need:

High School Diploma/GED required.Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, preferred.ITAM or SAM professional licensing is preferred but not required. CSM licensing is preferred.At least one (1) year of experience in technology troubleshooting, isolating and diagnosing problems.Knowledge of enterprise application usage and licensing models used by software producers and vendors.Skill in analyzing qualitative and quantitative information to inform decision making.Skill in the running and managing reports in spreadsheets.Strong attention to detailEffective communication skillsEffective time management and organizational skillsWork collaboratively with others on a teamHigh degree of integrity in handling confidential informationAptitude for variety and changing expectations and fast-paced environmentEffectively handle multiple demands and competing deadlinesThe ability to take responsibility for one's own performanceAbility to work in a multi-ethnic and multicultural environment with district and school leaders, faculty, staff and studentsDemonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate across departments and at all levels of the organization.Knowledge of Google Enterprise, Microsoft, Adobe or other software licensing.
