Description:
Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 OS. Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 OS.Working knowledge of troubleshooting laptops, iPhones, and IT peripherals.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - especially Outlook and Excel.Working knowledge of Client/Server and TCP/IP network environment.Must have good verbal and written communication skills.Must have professional manner and provide reliable work (on-time without sudden absences).Must have clean personal background (banking environment).Must be able to lift at least 50lbs of IT equipment.Working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 OS.Working knowledge of troubleshooting laptops, iPhones, and IT peripherals.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - especially Outlook and Excel.Working knowledge of Client/Server and TCP/IP network environment.Working knowledge of cradle to grave asset management.Working knowledge of Client laptops, computer image/build process, and/or Service Now is a plus.
