Lead BA - NCino-Commercial Lending

Job Title: Lead BA- nCino- Commercial Lending Type: Full-time

Location: Dallas TX, or Charlotte, NC

Visa: Preferably USC; GC

Experience: 6+ years of experience in Banking with a focus in Commercial Lending

Role expectations / Responsibilities:

Business Analyst / Product Owner for nCino implementation project

Conduct business analysis, prepare stories / requirements, review and finalize requirements for Commercial Lending

Coordinate with larger team and help understand requirements and provide clarifications.

Create market analysis and point of views in consumer lending domain.

Help with sales, prepare compelling proposals, and help practice leader with sales efforts.

Strong technology, analytical and communication skills are must-have traits.

Experience and Skill set.

Strong Knowledge of Commercial Lending

Worked as Product Owner and BA in Commercial Lending Domain

Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Worked in Consulting firm and helped with market analysis, proposals.

Prefer (not necessary) MBA with specialization in IT & Finance

Excellent skills in MS Office Tools (Power Point, Word, Excel) Prior development experience is a plus.
