Process Design Analyst

Job Summary:

Dexian is seeking a Process Design Analyst for an opportunity with a client located in Mountain View, CO.

Responsibilities:

• Organize working groups & create process maps
• Listen to SMEs & notate process flows using Business Process Mapping Notation (BPMN)
• Depict information value streams and identify areas of waste
• Utilize best practice facilitation techniques to engage SMEs/participants
• Champion overall continuous improvement mission & spirit
• Understand big picture goals, team culture, and become an expert on assigned missions
• Infuse Lean & Six Sigma techniques to facilitate process improvements
• Communicate strategic improvement ideas and lead priorities set by the business
• Deliver effective process standardization that prioritizes human beings
• Organize & communicate information efficiently
• Enable Technology teams to deliver optimized solutions
• Create/execute clear plans to keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned

Requirements:

• Strong people skills / facilitation skills
• Strong communication skills (written/verbal/presentation)
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Problem solving and logical thinking
• Persuasion skills / able to influence others
• Business process notation and conceptual design
• Business case development & business requirements analysis
• Passion for continuous improvement
• Formal training/certification in Lean, Six Sigma and/or other process quality methodologies
• Ability to utilize logic & reason to navigate complex problem solving
• Ability to navigate complex security technology environments
• Experience using Visio or other Business Process Mapping Notation (BPMN) tools
