Job Description
Infosys is seeking a .NET Developer.
In this role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, validate, test and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of
Richardson, TX
or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel to project locations.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationAt least 2 years of experience with Information Technology.Experience with .Net Core/Angular/web Application Development ExperienceExperience with different versions of MS visual studio IDE, Git repos, Bitbucket and JIRAExperience with MS SQL Server, Postgres SQL, Entity Framework and LINQ knowledge is a must.Preferred Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of REST APIs /Web APIS and its different configurations.Experience in Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentalsGood in communication and knowledge in Agile conceptsExperience with UI & Markup Languages- : Angular JS (HTML/ CSS/ JavaScript/ Bootstrap/ jQuery/ HTML5/ CSS3/ AngularJS/ Angular 2 to 10)Familiarity with API's and messaging platforms (RabbitMQ) is an added advantageExperience in AWS ecosystemHaving good analytical abilityHaving good communication skills is must as the role requires to perform regular discussion with client and business teams for eliciting the requirementsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentCultivate and manage relationship with internal and external parties
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
