Accounting Manager

Seeking out an Accounting Manager for a role in the Doral/Hialeah/Medley area!

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles and be able to lead a team effectively.

*Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct account analysis and reconciliation
• Manage financial reporting and budgeting processes
• Oversee general ledger accounting and ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Provide financial analysis and interpretation of reports
• Mentor and develop accounting staff
• Utilize financial management software such as Quicken for efficient operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proven experience in financial management, double entry bookkeeping, and technical accounting
• Strong understanding of financial acumen and reporting
• Ability to interpret complex financial reports accurately
• Proficiency in general ledger accounting and financial analysis
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Prior experience mentoring accounting professionals
