Utilizing high precision sensor arrays, the system identifies and allows preemptive mitigation of faults. They are headquartered in the Bay Area in northern California.Your Impact (Responsibilities)The Senior Technical Recruiter is responsible for leading efforts to source, attract, and hire top-tier technical talent for Gridware’s growing team. This role involves developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, managing the full-cycle hiring process, and partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in technical recruitment, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering an inclusive hiring environment.About You5-10 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Demonstrated expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and closing candidates for technical roles.Strong understanding of technical roles and skills, particularly in software development, data science, and hardware engineering.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
