Join us to lead the Upper GI portfolio including iconic TUMS, Nexium and Gaviscon brands. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic and complex portfolio while fulfilling a critical role in consumer self-care journey.

The Upper GI Brand Director will be responsible for partnering with the cross-functional leads including US Innovation Lead to ensure delivery of Upper GI portfolio growth. It’s critical for the candidate to build a culture of consumer obsession, creative bravery, executional excellence while leading the End-to-End strategy to deliver long term sustainable growth.

This role reports to the US Sr. Director of Digestive Health.

Lead and develop a high performing team – both direct reports and numerous cross functional partners embedding our purpose and new Haleon vision of building brands with humanity.

Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creative thinking and problem-solving.

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and market opportunities.

Balance both short-term and long-term priorities to achieve designated business and brand KPIs.

Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including external agencies, partners, and influencers, to amplify brand strategies.

Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes to identify new growth opportunities and refine brand positioning.

Strong partnership across the Cx and d-Comm teams to develop a robust strategy for agile testing and execution and a strong growth plan to drive continuous growth across d-Comm.

Partner with cross-functional team members including Sales, Shopper, and e-commerce to ensure flawless in market execution of the brand.

Lead ROI improvements for the Upper GI Portfolio including Media efficiency, value engineering, streamlining of SKUs to deliver financial objectives.

Champion a test and learn approach to marketing, leveraging data and analytics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement. Review, analyze and evaluate success against KPIs to identify and deliver optimizations.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

MBA Degree in Marketing or Related Field

10+ years of progressive commercial marketing experience

US P&L and Operating Budget experience within a matrix organization

Experience in new product launches/innovation

Experience managing strategic development and execution of product and brand advertising campaigns

Experience leading a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Proven success in managing complex, matrix environments to effectively deliver strong marketing plans, bringing together the priorities of cross functional teams and key stakeholders

Experience delivering results in a matrix organization

Demonstrated effectiveness as leader, facilitator, and team member, with strong communication skills.

Decisive and proficient in influencing, collaboration and conflict management

The salary range for this role is: $173,420 - $238,453 USD.
