Description:
Our client is currently seeking an experienced Director, Human Resources to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
Lead and manage the HR Team, ensuring alignment with company values and overseeing performance management and appraisals.
Develop HR strategies promoting a healthy, diverse culture aligned with company objectives.
Continuously improve HR systems and policies in line with best practices and legislation.
Oversee recruitment, ensuring compliance and effective onboarding throughout the employee life cycle.
Review and benchmark compensation models and recognition programs.
Lead employee engagement surveys, talent development, performance appraisals, and career development programs.
Develop and deliver training programs and provide guidance on HR issues.
Ensure effective workforce reporting, payroll processing, and regular updates on HR metrics.
Qualifications:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration
Relevant certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategic HR management
Extensive knowledge of HR compliance, employment legislation, and HR systems
Strong leadership skills
Agility and innovation in strategic direction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
Hours & Benefits:
