About The Role
As Ogury continues to grow, we are seeking a Sales Director to lead and expand our presence in the New England region.
In this role, you will utilize Ogury’s mobile and evolving solutions to build and maintain client relationships, driving both retention and new business opportunities.
You will support our team in engaging with agencies and advertisers, acting as a subject matter expert in the marketplace. Your responsibilities will include identifying and sourcing opportunities, pitching and negotiating, closing deals, and managing digital advertising revenue, all while providing thought leadership.
This position reports to the Senior Sales Director, East Coast, and offers a remote work option based in Boston, MA, with oversight of the New England territory.
What You Will Do
Prospect, identify, and secure meetings to exceed revenue targets and drive business growthDevelop and implement sales strategies to ensure long-term growth and maintain market presenceEnhance outreach, go-to-market strategies, and presentations to effectively guide clients through the sales processMonitor all stages of the sales cycle using Salesforce to identify key success factors and guide strategic growth decisionsCollaborate with advertisers at all levels to support sales team efforts and achieve deal growthActively pursue new business opportunities while nurturing and sustaining existing client relationshipsWhat You Will Bring To Ogury
Prior experience in digital advertising sales, including both programmatic and managed service dealsFamiliarity with mobile and desktop advertisingAn existing network across agencies and clients throughout the Boston and New England territoryDemonstrated success in acquiring new business and consistently growing existing accountsPassionate about sales fundamentals, performance measurement, and client engagementComfortable with remote work while effectively collaborating and communicating internallySkilled in educating and consulting clients to enhance their potential and relationship with OgurySalary: $125,000 - $145,000 a year
In compliance with the US State based Pay Transparency Act, we strive to provide this same visibility towards compensation for all of our teams, globally.
The salary for the Sales Director, New England role is: $125,000 - $145,000 USD annually, in addition to annual variable compensation, dependent upon relevant experience and location.
