Publicis Groupe Director of Compensation

Location: Chicago, IllinoisThe Director of Compensation will be charged with working directly with the compensation team and leadership to provide support for existing compensation programs. These programs will range from broad-based incentives to ensuring that our day-to-day programs are running at optimal levels. The Compensation Director will design, support, and implement compensation programs aligned with Epsilon’s performance culture and ensure that programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements.Key Responsibilities:Support the delivery of compensation initiatives.Provide support for merit, annual bonus, salary surveys, pay equity, pay transparency, and more.Collaborate with HR COEs, Compensation team, and business leaders to validate and recommend innovative approaches to compensation.Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, HRIS, and business owners to implement processes, systems, and tools to improve compensation administration, communication, and analysis.Design and facilitate training to educate managers on compensation strategies and practices.Maintain a compensation structure/philosophy and classifications system.Manage large-scale initiatives involving cross-functional teams.Analyze and interpret market data.Complete special studies and recommendations on incentive compensation, bonus plans, and pay equity.Produce reports for management decision-making.Support communications and change management efforts of Compensation/HR.Ensure proper documentation and audit processes are developed and followed.Who You Are:What you’ll bring with you:12+ years of experience in compensation.Prior experience in consultative roles in mid to large-size technology corporations or consulting companies (over 500 employees).Experience leading compensation programs and conducting high-level presentations.Knowledge of state and federal labor laws and regulations related to compensation.Strong understanding of HRIS systems.Advanced knowledge of Excel: complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, graphs, and charts.Why you might stand out from other talent:Consultative approach with business partners.Ability to summarize large data sets and explain findings to executives.Attention to detail and accuracy, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Certified Compensation Professional certification.Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.About Epsilon:Epsilon is a global company with more than 8,000 employees, helping marketers from the world’s top brands personalize experiences for millions of people.
