Job Description
The Director, Analytical Services is responsible for leading and executing the implementation of the sales strategy and developing new business for approach Laboratory Services including Lab EPC Projects, Non Inspection related Samples Testing( NIRT), Testing & Analytical Services for research sector, Laboratory Outsourcing Solutions, On-Site Laboratories and more.Lead the development of an overall sales strategy for OGC Analytical Services to establish a robust pipeline of revenue.Develop and execute the Sales & Business Development Plans, for each Business segment P&Land align the Business Development Plans to the overall Business Growth PlanIdentify and drive key growth initiatives based on target markets and service offeringsPrimary accountability to achieve the Revenue targets for the businessProvide strategic customer relationship oversight, and be the key point of contact for targeted Renewables Customers.Develop and execute the Annual Business Plan to meet Budget targets and the Business Growth PlanIdentify and profile the Capabilities required from within OGC to provide Value Added Solutions for energy industry.Participate in the Annual Budget processSubmit monthly business development reports' and updates as requiredProvide guidance on 'Monthly' Forecasts and other requests from Finance and Senior ManagementIdentify potential 'new business' initiatives ( organic growth ) and potential 'Acquisition' opportunitiesProvide competitive intelligence insights for discussionWorks with corporate marketing to drive awareness of SGS capabilitiesDevelops sales presentations for clients, consistent with the sales and marketing strategiesIdentify and participate in relevant exhibitions and conferencesDrive the development of cost proposals, leveraging the client services teamCollaborate with the Operations and Business Directors from NR-OGC Trade Commodities on a coordinated sales approachDirects the sales efforts of the sales team (including sales executives and account managers) toward the achievement of specific annual sales targetsPresent to client regarding our delivery capabilitiesAssist in developing and managing a qualification process for prospective sales opportunitiesLead periodic pipeline meetings to drive sales actions and alignment with strategyServe on and contribute to US OGC analytical services executive leadership committeeAs required, contributes to OGC Analytical Services global expansion strategiesQualifications
Bachelor's degree in a science-related field10+ years of experience within the Petroleum industry in both direct sales roles and leading teamsExperience in technical analytical lab testingMaster's in a science-related fieldOR equivalent combination of education and experience
