The sky is your limitPay Rate: $78,600-$94,300 USD Gross annuallyJob DescriptionReporting to the Director of Talent & Culture, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Engagingly process candidates through the candidate workflow including but not limited to: reviewing applicants, sourcing active and passive candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting initial screening, providing interview details and instructions, greeting candidates for interviews, communicating interview process status, verifying references, assisting with facilitating offers of employment and running background checks.Support full cycle recruitment activities within the Talent & Culture department and ensure company policies are followed.Management of benefits, benefits billing and open enrollment.Assessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly.Enforce management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.Assist Talent & Culture with administration and support, additional projects and other duties as assigned.Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.Qualifications3+ years of human resources leadership experience required.Strong leadership skills to guide an HR team and support and motivate staff.The ability to foster positive working relationships with colleagues of all levels.The ability to remain calm in stressful situations including during disciplinary hearings or staff conflicts.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen and effectively verbalize ideas.Ability to read & write in Spanish is a plus.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Why work for Accor?We are far more than a worldwide leader.
