The Email Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of owned marketing channels (sms/email) for velvet-tees.com. Reporting to the Director of Ecommerce, this role will monitor each channel's revenue targets, assist in launching campaigns/projects, & work cross-functionally with various teams. The Email Marketing Coordinator should have a background in customer relationship management. They will help maximize sales on the site, execute digital campaigns to support omni-channel efforts and other marketing initiatives, and assist in customer acquisition, retaining existing customers, and increasing conversion, traffic, and revenue. Email/SMS

Work in partnership with Merchandise, Creative, Copy & Retail teams to create the product/promotional/campaign roadmap & each individual execution.Maintain ecomm content calendar to ensure website, Email/SMS, and other digital channel messaging are consistent.Optimize all Email/SMS campaigns/strategy to drive engagement, retention, overall traffic, revenue, loyalty & grow our email subscriber list.Develop & execute consistent A/B test strategy & apply results to the program.Identify, create, & maintain cohorts to lead them down the right path to purchase.Insights & Analytics

Assist in planning KPI goals & consistently review, assess KPIs to ensure growth goals are being achieved.Regularly analyze & share analysis with internal teams, key business partners, & executives on a weekly & monthly basis or adhoc.Share insights, foster discussion of ideas & strategies to optimize sales in each area.Research and learn about new technologies/applications that help improve or optimize the online consumer experience.SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

Ability to execute successful email campaigns; broadcasts & segmented audiences, & automated flows.Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and customer segmentation processes.Familiarity with UTMs & tracking events.Analytical skills & experience with data analysis.Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite; HTML, CSS, Adobe Suite (Photoshop) a plus.QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years’ experience in direct-to-consumer online marketing, with a focus on email marketing.Bachelor’s Degree.Strong analytic and project management skills. Ability to drive reporting and decision making.ESP experience in Klaviyo or similar providers.Time management, prioritization, organizing skills, attentiveness, accuracy in performance.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for fashion; knowledge of competitors & consumers.
