The selected candidate will provide administrative and organizational support, including basic meeting admin planning, task tracking, run errands, help organize bills, and media interviews, for instance.-Duties include

As such, the selected candidate involves managing upward and have several responsibilities:

Manage an active calendar, coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up action items.Communicate directly, on behalf of the CEO and executive team, with external and internal stakeholders.Prioritize conflicting requests and needs and handle matters proactively, swiftly, and to completion while meeting deadlines.Assist the CEO with ad hoc projects as needed, including coordinating team activities.Arrange complex and detailed domestic and international travel plans and itineraries.You will also coordinate agendas and compile documents for travel-related meetings, and be proactive in understanding if there are any pre/post-travel and pre/post-meeting requirements that need to be done. Assist CEO with the preparation of pitch meetings materials - with bios, meeting logistics, and meeting agendas.Stay in the loop internally and with the news.Provide operational support for the CEO's initiatives.Including database entry — to track confidential files, format presentations and proofreading.QualificationsComputer skills:

excellent knowledge of Gmail, Google Docs, Google calendar, Google tools, Google Sheets, MS Office.Language skills:

Native/highly proficient in English - written and verbal.Experience:

Previous experience providing administrative and logistical support to CEOs, senior executives, or at startups.Integrity:
