The Senior Architect, Technology Solutions (Sr.TSA) is a customer-facing position focusing on larger, more complex environments and is responsible for the design and architecture of Ricoh CORE and MPS products and solutions. Sr. TSAs are a vital link in the sales support value chain to ensure that Ricoh recommendations are correctly solutioned.The Senior TSA will be called on to participate in pre-sales and design activity that drive PS CORE revenue within their account assignments. The Sr. TSA is responsible for understanding the client technical environment and delivering highly effective solutions to meet those requirements. This individual provides expertise in the Ricoh portfolio of services and solutions, is responsible for a cost-effective and correctly designed solution and the proper hand off to the Implementation team. The Sr. TSA masters a specific range of solutions/enablers determined by market demand and company needs and is considered a subject matter expert in two or more Services disciplines.JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with Client Executives/account team and leverage the RISE Methodology to facilitate PS opportunities within their assigned accounts.Support RCL based initiative: Major Account Proactive Support (MAPS).Ascertain the customers' business-related problems that would benefit from Ricoh technologies and solutions.Analyze and document customer technical requirements and design solutions.Support Global initiative: Global Solution Technical Process (GSTP) for international deals.Design solutions to be utilized in client's environments.Adhere to Ricoh's Services Engagement Model throughout the opportunity lifecycle.Maximize profitability on assigned solution projects.Provide sales support with customized technical demonstrations, as needed.Require extensive Enterprise level knowledge of Networking, Databases, Security and Document Process.Act as a subject matter expert with Ricoh hardware and software integration to provide a total solution to our larger complex customers with key offerings including Ricoh and 3rd party solutions.Act as the subject matter expert on new Ricoh offerings including RIDS, RMaaS, PPaaS, Ricoh Analytics, Service Desk, IWB, File Analysis, Communication Services (CS).Have strong business acumen and presentation skills to represent Ricoh strengths as a business partner.Provide solution designs and accurate estimates of labor required to implement solutions.Provide input to Ricoh Sales teams on the development of Statements of Work for solutions.Participate in Solution Feasibility Reviews to present technical validation of solution design.From time to time will be required to install solutions in customer environments.Utilize sophisticated diagnostic tools in the assessment of client environments prior to solution implementation.Interface with customer information technology organizations to understand current technology environment.Maintain technical certifications, as well as obtain expertise and knowledge on product & solution training specific to the needs of their function.Partner with the ESi Implementation team to understand design impact on project implementation and customer satisfaction.At the direction of Management, assist local sales and leadership in providing direction for account strategies relative to the leveraging and positioning of Ricoh's portfolio of solutions.Perform daily administration of Services system of record.Perform other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)

College degree (computer science, information systems, engineering) or equivalent experience in a related field required.Minimum of 10 years of related work experience including a demonstrated track record of success in technical sales support and/or industry-related experience.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Visio required.IT certifications preferred.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Advanced working knowledge of a defined set of Ricoh and 3rd party products and associated environments.Requires proficiency in document process analysis - current and future state.Ability to analyze data from multiple sources to identify issues and propose solutions.Strong technical writing, communication and presentation skills.Ability to be an agile learner (learning on the fly).Working knowledge of computer operating systems, servers and network environments.Interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.WORKING CONDITIONS, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Typically works in an office environment with adequate lighting, ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level.May require travel within and outside the district, 5 days per week.Requires daily interaction with internal and external contacts via phone and in person.Work assignments are diversified, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Work is mostly sedentary but does require walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 20 lbs.
