We are searching for a Content Marketing Writer, Content Marketing Specialist, and CRM Communications Specialist.Description

SUMMARYThese union positions are full-time and non-exempt. The Content Marketing Writer will craft engaging long & short form content across diverse channels, the Content Marketing Specialist will develop strategic marketing plans & produce editorial & visual content that align with the museum’s priorities, and the CRM Communications Specialist will lead data-driven campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud full feature set to enhance audience engagement.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Position 1: Content Marketing SpecialistStrategy and Content Implementation (65%):Support the strategic development of marketing initiatives, contributing to and creating content, distributing content across multiple channels, and monitoring progress toward successful outcomes.Develop, build, and maintain comprehensive marketing plans and calendars.Assist with the development and execution of marketing strategies across various channels.Plan, write, and edit long and short form content for diverse audiences across all marketing and communication channels.Manage advertising and sponsorship partners, gathering assets needed and keeping project calendars up to date.Audit existing content for brand, relevance and optimization.Work cross-divisionally to design effective and compelling concepts and content.Utilize best practices for search engine optimization (SEO).Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring message clarity and accuracy.General Marketing and Communications Team Support (15%):Support the marketing and communication team as needed.Data Analytics and Project Management (10%):Manage project management of assigned marketing and communication initiatives.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation: BA/BS in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, business, or related industries.Skills and Experience:Minimum of 3 years of related experience.Proven success and experience & portfolio of work as a content marketing specialist.Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices in digital marketing.Highly proficient in data analytics, project management, and writing skills.Strong collaborative skills and strategic partnership.Adept multitasking skills.Desire to learn and develop new skills.Solution-oriented, collaborative team player.Proficient in Google and Microsoft Office.Knowledge of graphic design software.Preferred:Journalism or magazine writing experience.Familiarity with The Chicago Manual of Style.PMP Certification.Other requirements:Work onsite at Mia, ability to work flexible hours.Position 2: CRM Communication SpecialistSupports and Executes CRM Marketing Tactics (60%):Coordinates content, builds, schedules, and monitors all CRM campaigns.Works cross-divisionally to gather content and information.Manages scheduling CRM tactics and enforces content deadlines.Sets up and maintains email sign-up form and preference center.Proactively troubleshoots technical issues within Mia’s existing digital marketing platform.Monthly Reporting and Analysis (15%):Establishes and tracks performance metrics and reports analytics.General Marketing and Communications Team Support (15%):Responsible for the project management of assigned marketing and communication initiatives.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation: BA degree or previous experience required; CRM Marketing/Communications a plus.Skills and Experience:Three or more years of experience in CRM and digital marketing.Proficient using CRM software and platforms.Solid writer and copy editor.Strong understanding of web metrics and digital analytics.Preferred:Experience working in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Position 3: Content Marketing WriterContent Creation and Brand (75%):Responsible for writing clear, accurate and compelling content.Works collaboratively with Audience and Engagement teams.Writes short and long form content for diverse audiences.Utilizes best practices for search engine optimization (SEO).Project manages multiple initiatives simultaneously.Data Analytics and Project Management (15%):Identify and use key performance indicators (KPIs).REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation: BA/BS or equivalent experience in communications, marketing, journalism, or related industries.Skills and Experience:Minimum of three years of content marketing writing experience.Proven success in producing marketing copy.Proficiency in marketing principles and best practices.HOW TO APPLYInterested candidates should submit a cover letter, resume, and salary expectations no later than 9:00pm on Monday, October 14, 2024.EQUITY + SALARY DISCLOSUREWe believe in practices that create real equity and pay parity.EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERMia IS AN AFFIRMATIVE ACTION / EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
