In this role, the Account Executive will be crucial in transforming design concepts into reality by managing project timelines, costs, and resources to ensure successful execution and delivery of high-quality finished goods.Responsibilities:Represent the company by clearly articulating our unique value and delivering industry-leading customer service.Regularly engage with clients, including Designers, Architects, and Builders, within the assigned territory.Conduct client presentations and create networking opportunities to build and maintain relationships both in and out of the showroom.Engage with assigned target accounts each quarter.Qualify, manage, and negotiate projects effectively.Maintain and update Salesforce daily with accurate client and project information to ensure a current pipeline.Master the company product line and follow company standard operating procedures (SOP).Participate in jobsite meetings and perform site measurements as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree preferred.2 + years of sales experience in the interior design field or architectural surfaces industry.Ability to read building plans, elevations, and specificationsStrong relationship-building, collaborative problem-solving, and communication skills, comfortable speaking to groups of any size.Proficient Microsoft Office; Salesforce preferredCompensation:Base salary up to 55k/year plus commissionFull BenefitsPTO401k with matching
