We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within a warehouse or distribution center environment.
Pay Rate : $17.00/hr
1st shift, 8:00am to 4:30pm (Mon thru Fri)
Some Saturdays required
Responsibilities- Utilize forklift to load and unload materials from trucks- Perform order picking and ensure accuracy in product selection- Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment- Operate various types of forklifts including lift trucks, clamp trucks, reach trucks, and cherry pickers- Use warehouse management systems to track inventory movement- Safely handle materials and perform materials handling tasks
Qualifications- Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment- Familiarity with distribution center operations- Ability to perform equipment repairs is a plus- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
