We are seeking for qualified candidates for a Packaging Material Handler position for afast-paced manufacturing company that makes wire shelving.
Location:
Frankfort KY
Hours:
3rd shift Sun- Thur 8:00pm - 6:30am (10hr shifts)
Pay:
$21.00
DOUBLE TIME PAY FOR ANY HOURS WORKED OVER 40!
What you'll do:
Operate Sit- down forkliftWorking in a fast-paced shipping and receiving environmentPulling finished product in preparation of shipmentPackaging, and/or staging orders.Manually wrapping and stacking palletsWill be on and off the forklift several times throughout the shift.Heavy lifting orders and packages (up to 50lbs)Material handling in fast paced manufacturing environmentWhat we need from you:
Must be at least 18 years old or olderComply with client's substance abuse & background policy3 yearsrecent Sit-down Forklift experience5 years previous steady work historyExperience in all functions of shipping/receiving operationsMust be able to pass a tape measure reading, math and mechanical comprehension testingAble to regularly lift 50lbs repetitively
