DescriptionMount Sinai Doctors Downtown is seeking an Endocrinologist
to join its established practice on West 14th street in the West Village!This site is an established primary care practice with great access to all that the West Village has to offer. Known for its great shopping from luxury boutiques to street stalls, the West Village also boasts a variety of great nightclubs, bars and lounges. Beautiful brownstones and cobblestoned streets are only part of the West Village's historic charm. There is always something to do with an abundance of art galleries, music venues and art house cinemas.The Endocrinologist will play an instrumental role in ensuring excellent patient care, quality outcomes, and patient satisfaction. In addition, the physician will lead by example, actively participating in patient care and bringing out the best in his/her colleagues.
ResponsibilitiesProvide medical care in a high-functioning ambulatory settingCollaborate with multi-specialty practice colleagues as an integral part of a world-class health systemBenefit from the educational, research, and clinical programs of a nationally ranked Medical SchoolSignificant opportunities for leadership and career developmentAdditional support staffPartner with Mount Sinai Diabetes Alliance programShare care responsibilities and coverage with other team members
QualificationsMedical Degree from an Accredited UniversityNew York Medical LicenseBoard Eligible or Board Certified in EndocrinologyCommitted to Mount Sinai and the communities we serveExcellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skillsA strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health SystemCompensation range from 215K to 245K (not including bonuses / incentive compensation or benefits)Salary Disclosure Information:Mount Sinai Health System provides a salary range to comply with the New York City law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements.
