You’ll oversee key accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and play a pivotal role in the company’s continued success. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth targets.Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering professional growth.Account Management:
Maintain and expand relationships with key clients while pursuing new business opportunities.Performance Monitoring:
Track sales metrics, provide accurate forecasts, and adjust strategies as needed.Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and operations to align sales efforts with company goals.Qualifications:Experience:
5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in the service industry.Skills:
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.Traits:
