Manufacturing and Transportation Commercial Cybersecurity Business Development, Senior Manager

Key Role:Apply business development expertise and knowledge of Cybersecurity to sell, design, and support the development and implementation of security solutions for leading manufacturing and transportation companies. Own and drive the sales process throughout the sales lifecycle, engaging key stakeholders from capability and market teams. Establish and maintain client relationships while identifying, developing, and closing new sales opportunities. Work with the team to manage and maintain the market's pipeline. Contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas, work on complex problems across matrixed teams, provide creative solutions, and act as a leader on large projects or programs to enable the firm to meet its long-term goals and objectives. Support marketing, intellectual capital development, operations, events, and logistics. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Basic Qualifications:7+ years of experience in technical professional service sales with an emphasis on Cybersecurity, including security strategy and advanced cyber defense5+ years of experience with consulting business development activitiesExperience with presenting and communicating to teams, executives, and clients, including briefings, sales calls, and team-based discussionsAbility to own and drive the sales process from lead generation through deal closure and provide longer-term account management to strategic client accountsAbility to thrive in a team-based and fast-paced consulting environment and coordinate with key stakeholders across technical capabilities and market or industry teamsAbility to lead fast-paced delivery in challenging commercial environments, work with senior leaders to foster positive client relationships, identify new business opportunities with existing clients, and develop new intellectual capitalAbility to synthesize technical content and distill into key messages that will resonate with senior business leadersAbility to travel, as neededBachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:Experience with strategy design, capability building, and organizational design and changeExperience with working in the commercial, or transportation industries, including consumer packaged goods, industrial, heavy manufacturing, automotive, and aerospaceExperience with briefing senior executives and coaching and mentoring junior staff on functional expertiseExperience with information security regulations or regulatory bodiesExperience with Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of various risk management and security frameworksPossession of excellent interpersonal skills, including comprehension, conflict resolution, teamwork, and relationship building skillsPossession of excellent client-ready oral and written communication skillsPossession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision making, planning, organizational, and client facilitation skillsMaster's degreeCompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $139,400.00 to $259,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
