As a Bell Baggage Handler, you will set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create
WOW
moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE:
$16.446 plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Work the baggage compound by retrieving bags from the belt systems, placing them into the proper grids based on luggage tag numbers until they are requestedBring luggage in or out for hotel groupsMaintain a clean work area for guests and staffProvide excellent customer service consistent with the company's core service standards and brand attributesTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidaysSix (6) months prior guest service experienceAble to effectively communicate in English, in both written and verbal formsOkay with and willing to work outdoors during extreme heat/coldExperience in a similar resort settingDemonstrate a positive attitude and outgoing personalityEffective listening abilities with strong judgment skillsExcellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contactsTHE PERKS & BENEFITS:
