Position Title: Network Administrator/Desktop SupportThe Network Administrator and Desktop Support primary responsibilities are to assist with a mixture of support for both front office and backend server administration, therefore the position requires a strong motivation to assist with daily task and resolve issues for network clients. The ideal candidate must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and have a motivation to help in all areas for the good of the company.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare, Install and Manage hardware, desktops, laptops, and mobile platformsAdmin Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365Admin Network FirewallRemote and on-site troubleshooting of end-user software, hardware, and network issuesAdminister and create reports to analyze Call Center Solution and VOIP Cloud Based PBXCreate and Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Maintain inventory of software licenses, software application, hardware components and IT supplies.Work with vendors to resolve issues; research and test possible workarounds and implement long-term solutionsCreate and Maintain Training Documentation and Train end-users on the use and features of the various operating systems and applications on the various platformsAssist with IT projectsOther duties as assignedExperience, Education and CertificationsMinimum 3 years of experience with Desktop Technical Support of Windows OS. (Experience with MAC a plus)Minimum 3 years of experience with Installing, configuring and supporting Windows Servers. (Experience with Virtual environments a plus)Minimum 3 years of administration and support and management of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group PoliciesStrong overall concept of network infrastructuresStrong ability to troubleshoot Windows OS.Ability to setup, install and troubleshoot Wi-Fi technologyKnowledge and experience with Backup SolutionsKnowledge and experience of Microsoft SQL Server and SQL ScriptingKnowledge and experience of ERP (Enterprise Resource Management) systemsIntermediate knowledge and experience of CRM (Customer Resource Management) systemsKnowledge and experience of Cloud Technologies (Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365)Knowledge and experience of mobile device managementKnowledge and experience of cloud-based VoIP Systems and call center solutionsMust be located in the Houston area
