Summary:

As we expand into South Carolina, we are seeking experienced and passionate Personal Injury Attorneys to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our expansion, shaping the legal landscape in a new market, and contributing to our firm's continued success. We are looking for attorneys who specialize in handling personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and dog bites, and who are committed to providing exceptional legal representation to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Representation: Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in personal injury cases, ensuring their rights are protected and they receive the compensation they deserve.
  • Case Management: Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases from inception through resolution, maintaining high-quality legal services and client communication.
  • Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research on personal injury law and stay updated on the latest legal developments in South Carolina.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team of attorneys and support staff to develop strategies and provide comprehensive legal solutions.
  • Business Development: Participate in business development efforts to establish and grow the firm's personal injury practice in South Carolina.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with the local community through networking events, legal seminars, and outreach initiatives to build relationships and enhance the firm's reputation.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice in South Carolina, in good standing.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in personal injury law.
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Compensation Range:

$150,000-$200,000 USD
