Guideware Policy Center Analyst

Must have skills* • Guidewire Policy Center Knowledge is required. • Hands on experience on Functional (Commercial) business.• Leadership skills to manage/co-ordinate activities across a specific project & foresee risks/issues/gaps. • Having in-depth Policy Center Insurance domain knowledge with Guidewire Insurance Suite platform exposure. • Provide business advisory support and strategy specific to Guidewire implementation. Serve as critical team member on Guidewire projects related to underwriting, policy• Independently lead requirements management driving clients in appropriate requirements and business process re-engineering for successful transformation. • Assist in running client workshops and communicate effectively with both IT and business users. • Develop comprehensive set of sound recommendations • Proactively identify engagement risks in immediate area of responsibility and assist in mitigation and tracking actions • Draw conclusion from the market /industry trends, client issues Key responsibilities* • Assist onsite configuration team in estimations, Proof of concepts, definition, designs of robust and efficient configuration solutions.• Prepare/Enhance Detailed Design Documentation (Field Mapping, Data Model definitions, Rules Definition etc.) as needed to support Configuration development.• Assist Onsite/Offshore teams - and in certain cases be responsible - in solutioning of complex configuration provide solutions using Proof Of Concepts• Understands Policy Center Configuration in accordance to the design documentation• Understands GW Configuration components (GOSU, Rules Engine, Data Model, PCF, Wizards, Workflow, Activity and Product Model development etc.)• Identify and develop reusable framework, configuration components to be used as is on multiple projects• Prepare Build and Implementation plans for configuration work stream and report configuration work stream status
