- Create and implement action plans that outline specific sales tactics, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Regularly review and adjust the strategy to respond to market changes and emerging opportunities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging internal resources to support sales efforts and deliver exceptional client solutions.

Market Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, demands, and competitive landscape within the VFX and CGI industries.
