Key Responsibilities:
Learning and Development: Participate in structured training programs to develop skills and knowledge related to manufacturing processes and operations.
Production Support: Assist with manufacturing, procurement, quality and logistics.
Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and decision-making processes.
Process Improvement: Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing environment.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any issues to supervisors.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Currently serving in the military and eligible for the Department of Defense SkillBridge program.
Experience in manufacturing or a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a civilian work environment.
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
