Job Summary/Description:

Gray Digital Media is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Paid Media Strategist to join our innovative team. In this role, you'll leverage your expertise to develop complex campaigns within Google, Bing, Meta, and other social platforms to achieve desired results, manage advertising budgets, and bid strategies to maximize performance. This role will work cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and senior leadership to drive meaningful and proven results for our clients.

This position is remote.

Duties/Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

Build, execute, and optimize cutting-edge paid Meta, Google, and Bing ad campaigns from conception to launch

Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders

Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs and objectives

Oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns and provide recommendations to address performance or delivery concerns

Conduct in-depth keyword and interest research, ad grouping, and audience targeting

Qualifications/Requirements:

5+ years experience developing successful, measurable integrated paid media programs for multiple clients

Advanced knowledge and expertise of paid social media channels including but not limited to Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Bing, etc. Emphasis on Google, Bing, and Meta

Demonstrate knowledge of paid advertising across media channels; stay current on any changes in paid advertising and propose new format/partnership ideas for clients

Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to generate insights, understand competitive analysis, and conduct market assessments

Track record of delivering results for clients; raising brand awareness, driving demand, and creating creative high-impact connections with customers

Bachelor's Degree
